HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your products in the shortest time possible, wherever you may live. All packages are shipped from Singapore and we provide free shipping for all local orders.
Processing time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order(s) to be processed due to the high volume of orders we are receiving. Do note that on sales/peak period, processing speed may be impacted.
TRACKING ORDER
Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.
LOST/MISSING MAIL
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.
SIZE EXCHANGE
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We highly recommend that customers refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit and avoid having to go through the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, our courier will pick up the return parcel at the stated date and time. Please ensure that you are available at the confirmed date and time. We will not accept rescheduling if your return is missed due to no one being at home to pass the parcel to our courier.
WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER
All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at info@saintedofficial.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defect, damage, or wrong item received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All sales are final. We currently do not accept refunds or cancellations. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
